"Showed up quicker than I thought"
My order actually arrived faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The box did have a small dent, so I was a little unsure at first and thought maybe something might be damaged, but everything inside looked fine. So overall, no real complaints.

"Order updates felt a bit lacking"
My order went through without any issues, but the communication was kind of disappointing. I got the confirmation email, and then it was pretty much silence for a while, which made me feel like I had to chase down the status myself. To be fair, they did reply when I reached out, but it wasn’t exactly quick. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just felt like they could’ve kept me in the loop a little better.

"GPS has been reliable so far"
I mainly bought this for the GPS, it’s been really solid so far. The routes load quickly, and it picks up the signal fast, even after I’ve had the car parked in the garage for a while. The directions are clear, and it hasn’t frozen on me yet, which is always a good sign, right? Overall, I’m happy with it and feel like I made a good choice.

I’m giving 4 stars because the main thing I cared about was getting the exact order I picked from eonon.com, and that’s what happened. The model was correct, the cables and extras were all included, and nothing was missing. The box arrived in decent shape too. Shipping did take a bit longer than I was hoping, and I wish the tracking updates had been more consistent, but overall the order itself was accurate and I’d probably order again

I’ve been really happy with this display so far. It’s clear and bright enough for me to see easily during the day, which was a nice surprise. The colors look good, and the touch response feels smooth when I use it. it ended up being better than I thought it would be

"Pretty solid for the price"
I’ve been using it for a bit now the sound is good for what it costs. The bass feels stronger than my old one, and calls have been clear so far. I did have to play around with the EQ a little to get it where I liked it, but overall I’m happy with it. Seems like a decent buy

"Solid hardware, but the software gets on my nerves"
I’ll admit I’m a bit biased because I really care about smooth software, but the hardware itself is genuinely good. It feels well-built and does what I need it to do. The problem is the software freezes a lot, which gets frustrating quickly. If that were fixed, I’d probably like it a lot more.

I appreciated that the total was clear before I got to the final checkout step. Shipping and any extras were shown upfront, which just feels like the sensible way to do it. It made it much easier to compare with other sites and decide if it was worth buying without feeling like something was being slipped in at the last minute.

"Missing accessories and robotic support"
The unit itself works fine, so no complaints there, but a few of the accessories listed in the box just weren’t included. After waiting for the delivery, it was frustrating to then have to go out and buy extra cables myself. I also reached out about it, but the email replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really help much.

"Decent product, but support was a hassle"
I ordered from Eonon and had a question about my unit after it showed up. The product itself was fine, at least from my experience, but getting help from support was frustrating. I had to send follow-up emails just to get a basic response, and when they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I’m not saying they’re the worst company out there, but based on what I dealt with, I wouldn’t count on quick or super helpful support if you need answers fast.

The screen sorta feels cheap to me, and it can be a bit laggy when I’m using it. It works, but the overall feel just isn’t as smooth or solid as I expected.

It seemed like it would do the job, and it probably would’ve been fine if the harness had lined up with my Civic. Unfortunately, it didn’t match, so I couldn’t really use it the way I’d hoped

"Feels a little overpriced, honestly"
I wanted to like this more, but for the price... it just didn’t feel worth it. The screen is decent enough, sure, but the sound isn’t great and the fit had some issues. Overall it kind of came across cheaper than I expected for what I paid.

"Firmware update made everything more frustrating"
I tried updating the firmware and somehow it just made things worse. The update failed partway through, and when I contacted support, I ended up stuck waiting in the queue forever. By the time I finally got help, I was already annoyed. Not the experience I was hoping for.
